Where are you located?
We are out of Jacksonville, Florida, but we are a remote-first agency. This means means we have the flexibility to work from anywhere. Our remote setup not only reduces our carbon footprint but also enables us to collaborate with clients from all over the world, providing personalized web design services without geographic limitations.
How long will it take you to build my website?
The timeline for building a website can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Simple websites can be completed in a month or two, while larger, more complex sites may take several months. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed timeline and project plan
What content management system (CMS) do you build your websites with?
We currently build our websites with Wordpress, an open-source, extensible CMS that powers nearly half of the websites on the internet. We’ve worked with Wordpress since it’s inception, for over 20 years.
How much will my website cost?
Website costs can range widely depending on the features, functionality, and scope of the project, though pricing begins at $3,000 for a basic 5-page website. Once we understand your specific needs, we’ll provide a detailed quote.
Do you provide copywriting services?
Yes. Copywriting is included in the building of your website. We have experience in writing compelling and SEO-friendly content that engages your audience and drives conversions.
Do you provide training and support after launching the website?
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you and your team are comfortable managing and updating your website. We also provide ongoing support and maintenance services to keep your website secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly.
What if I need help making changes to the website?
While we provide training for you to make your own content updates, we can also update your site for you. For substantive additions or layout changes, we recommend returning to us. We offer retainers in our maintenance plans or hourly hire options.
Do sustainable websites sacrifice performance or functionality?
Not at all. Sustainable websites are designed to be fast, efficient, and user-friendly while minimizing their environmental impact. Many sustainable practices, such as code optimization and image compression, can actually improve website performance.
What kind of reporting or metrics do you provide to show the sustainability of a website?
We use tools like the Website Carbon Calculator, which estimates a web page’s carbon footprint and also indicates whether the website is running on a green web host.
